Adding a resource lock prevents actions/changes from being added to the the resource in question. To add a resource lock go to *Settings>Locks* then select "Add" located on the upper left-hand side of the screen. Provide a Lock name and and the Lock type along with any notes followed by selecting "OK" to complete the lock creation. Setting the Lock type to "Delete" prevents resources from being deleted.
